I was blown away by their amazing service today. I accidentally dropped my Mac to the floor, and it didn't turn on since then. No sounds..no screen..no lighting, it was almost dead. I was worried that something is broken inside, so I have to replace it..or do something. I brought it in there, and one guy told me to wait for a bit. I waited for like 10 mins and the guy brought me an ALIVE Mac back. He showed me small dust, and that was a problem. They reconnected something inside and cleaned inside. He told me 'check how it works' and it works perfectly. I was shocked, surprised, and happy by the speed of their service. AMAZING! The guy told me, they don't charge with this..OMG, they're santas?! I thought it would take hours or days, so I didn't bring my wallet, I only had my apple pay.. I could not leave any tips..that was my biggest mistake today. Thank you so much for your service, and I really appreciate it. You guys made my day :)

I have been to so many apple repair stores in the past 15 years and without a doubt I can say Rossmann Repair Group is Worlds best apple repair store. I have a 2018 macbook that had a bad keyboard. Took it to a store (iTech Computer , lake haiwatha,NJ) and the technician there kept it for 2 years(Yes) and finally returned it by screwing up the logic board too. I then took it to an Apple store and they said its not worth repairing as the logic board replacement itself costs 600+. I googled and came across Rossman. They repaired the logic board, replaced battery and keyboard and the laptop is now working just like a new one- all for just 475$. These guys are honest, keeps the price very affordable. Just an awesome place with highly qualified technicians.If they can't do it no one else can.

Very friendly and intuitive.I went in to see if I could repair my friend's water damaged Macbook and if they couldn't fix it, I didn't have to pay anything thing. Unfortunately, it was unsalvageable, and they held true to their word. I didn't have to pay a penny for it.Despite being unable to fix an expensive laptop that I was hoping to see come alive again, I am greatly impressed by the great customer service. The gentleman at the counter helped me quickly diagnose what the issues were, what parts were damages by the water, what had corrosion, etc.If I ever somehow end up owning a MacBook myself, I will definitely be coming to these guys should it fail on me.Keep up the good work

Videos, instilled a lot of confidence in the Group. Sent in Computer for repair. Was given options. Good follow up. If I ever buy another Mac I will only let Rossmann group work on it whether or not its covered by Apple. I am very pleased. I wish Louis and his group all the best.

Bought some genuine Amtek flux from Rossman. Got here quick and the flux works AMAZING!!! Much better than the Chinese ebay stuff I was using.

I found Rossmann from a YouTube tutorial. I replaced the keyboard in my MacBook Air, but the computer wouldn't power up afterwards. Brought it into Rossmann Repair and they found my error and corrected it on the spot. These guys know their stuff, and provide fast, quality work at affordable prices.
