This place is fantastic! Honest, straightforward, savvy, and willing to accept a challenge. Rossmann took the time to work through a convoluted and tedious "new phone to ancient computer" sync issue and got me squared away same day (and on a Sunday)! Will definitely use them again!

Absolutely the best workmanship and best service I have every received. Lightning fast repair and great communicators. Very professional packaging and delivery. They repaired my Macbook beyond my expectations. Rossmann is the best and I am very happy with the level of service they provided. It's been about 7 months since they have fixed it and it's still going strong.

ok so I haven’t actually had anything repaired yet but I’m going to bring in my CrApple MacbokPro cause the backlight suddenly decided to stop working (though I can see that there’s activity on the severely dimmed screen. I just geeked out for an hour watching Louis solder and clean boards and circuits and it was very satisfying t watch. He’s my guy for the job for sure.

I took my computer to Apple after it broke for apparently no reason. It just stopped working one day as I was typing, mid sentence. There had never been a spill or true water damage. At the worst, maybe I had used it outside in foggy weather a few times. I took it to Apple and they said that “according to a red sticker indicator” that it fell under liquid damage. And that there was a small part inside the computer that appeared to be liquid damage. Sounds like a scam. I tried to argue it but they were like a brick wall, and quoted my $700 to have it fixed. I brought my computer to Rossmann and they quoted me half of what Apple had quoted me, because I told them that Apple had said it was liquid damage. Then, after they looked inside and cleaned the computer and changed a few things, they decided that it was not liquid damage, and fixed the computer for FREE. Needless to say, ROSSMANN is amazing and I will never go to a Apple for a computer problem again because it is a huge scam and a ripoff!! “Genius Bar” at Apple, give me a break. Those employees are trained to rip off naive, unknowing customers!

I spilled liquid on my laptop a few months ago and thought I was completely out and had to buy a new Macbook. My husband showed me their YouTube channel and I was shocked. We sent my laptop in, they couldn't repair a part and had to replace it completely but they fixed my laptop 100% and it's working as if it was asleep for a few months. I am SHOCKED because I thought I would have to spend $$$$ on a new laptop which I don't have the money for. SO GLAD I found the Rossmann Group and for their quick service and how quickly my laptop was mailed back to me. 5 stars for sure!

This place is amazing!!! My phone was shattered, which knew they could fix, but suddenly it was unusable (read: would open random apps, mute calls, call people unprompted, changed my hotspot password). My friend suggested I check out rossmann but even he thought it might be pointless. I went in and they were quick to diagnosis the need for a screen fix and that was it..:what if it's not that, I asked? The guy said "no fix, no fee. We'll replace it with your old screen but it might be a bit more shattered from trying to replace it." I figured let's try it. They said 30 minutes but 10 minutes later it was working perfectly! I'm leaving a beyond happy customer because they fixed it but honestly these people were so nice, so quick, so reasonably priced, and so fair. Thank you so much!

I haven't used their services but I love what they stand for. Without people like Louis fighting for the right to repair we won't even be able to change our own oil.

I used Rossmann Repair Group as a mail-in customer in the past. They are the best of the best. They are honest and incredibly skilled. I had some hard to replace videos on a MacBook that went bad and they got in there and managed to get my data back. Saved me a few weeks of edits and the prices are reasonable - its not the cheapest but its clear that the quality of the work being done. I hope that Rossmann Repair Group can expand into more lines of repair - I'd love for Rossmann Repair Group to end up being the place to bring anything worth saving with an electric cord or a power brick. Rossmann Repair Group also has free sessions where you can bring anything in and they will help you repair, solder, reflow and diagnose anything you can carry in.
