I got my MB repaired in Just two days. Recommended.

My spare MBP mid 2010 was crashing with "GPU Panic" errors. That machine was, otherwise, in excellent shape (1TB, 8GB, new 9-cycle battery, and always used on a desk with external keyboard and monitor). So, for the right price, it was worth fixing it.A single tantalum faulty capacitor is known to cause such "GPU Panics" on 2010 MBPs. In 2013 Apple "fixed" that same issue in mine by changing the whole logic board (for free, under a "Quality Program"). Such boards come with the same faulty capacitor. So, predictably, the issue returned. However, in 2018, Apple considered 2010 as "vintage", and would not fix it at all, for any price.Local "Authorized Repair" shops would fix it by following Apple's repair guidelines. That involves, again, replacing the logic board, which would: a) be unnecessarily expensive, and b) have the same type of capacitor, thus likely fail again.Replacing individual components in the logic board requires expertise. Based on YouTube videos, I understood Rossmann.com was qualified to do it. So, I mailed them my MBP. I was not disappointed: They fixed it in a reasonable time and budget. I would hire them again without hesitation.

I've been bringing my Apple laptops & phones to Rossmann Repair Group since they opened around 9 or so years ago when the only technician was the owner, Louis, & maybe one other part time helper. Not so anymore! Currently there's a long line of technicians seated along a work bench each one busy at work in front of a mountain of screens, tools and gadgets. More technicians are at work in a back room seen thru an open portal. The reason for the dramatic expansion is simple. Everything about Rossmann Repair Group is exceptional. Their diagnoses are laser accurate & honest....their prices are more than fair...and their ability to fix nightmarish problems which manage to curse any APPLE product is simply amazing. This shop is a Manhattan treasure & makes the APPLE store "genius" bench look like a bunch of fools.

Took my MacBook Pro to Apple store for Apple care twice for power issues, and neither time did Apple fix it. I sent my MBP to Rossman, and they fixed it promptly, and did not charge me for the repair. Because Apple neglected to connect the internal power cable properly, something that was trivial to fix (twice), they didn't feel it would be fair to charge me. These folks will do it right, and they will treat you fairly!

I like his YouTube channel, sent my iPad in for screen repair, and am very happy with his repair service. My only complaint is the USPS delivery who has started leaving boxes at the curb by my driveway. As an Amazon seller I have shifted to UPS, a little more expensive but better delivery drivers. The Stamps.com rate is better than I could get going direct with UPS, but price vs USPS is lower when shipping East Coast, to East Coast, it is a little more on West Coast. Rossmann is 5 star.

I have a 2016 15" MacBook Pro with touch bar, which crashed randomly and wouldn't restart. I tried a bunch of things over next couple of days but no dice. Figured it was dead.Took it to Apple Store (W 14th St). Their Genius took it apart in a back room and told me the logic board is dead and quoted $678 to fix it, with loss of all data.I went to Rossmann nearby to ask about data recovery (having researched various options and finding lots of recommendations for this place). The guy at the front desk took it apart in front of me and found the issue in 10 seconds. A small screw had become dislodged and was wedged between two components on the board. Worked fine after removing that.No cost (I gave the guy a tip).Amazing.Added bonus: my faith in humanity is renewed. (My faith in Apple is much reduced)Can't recommend this place enough.

These guys are the real deal. They recovered my hard drive for half the price another place in mid town was charging me. It wasnt cheap but it was worth it, Saved my life!

These people are priced the best and they are so nice. Very professional, turn around time was 2 days, very fast service and correspondence with each issue in detail has me incredibly satisfied. I will definitely recommend them and use them in the future.
