This place is amazing!!! My phone was shattered, which knew they could fix, but suddenly it was unusable (read: would open random apps, mute calls, call people unprompted, changed my hotspot password). My friend suggested I check out rossmann but even he thought it might be pointless. I went in and they were quick to diagnosis the need for a screen fix and that was it..:what if it's not that, I asked? The guy said "no fix, no fee. We'll replace it with your old screen but it might be a bit more shattered from trying to replace it." I figured let's try it. They said 30 minutes but 10 minutes later it was working perfectly! I'm leaving a beyond happy customer because they fixed it but honestly these people were so nice, so quick, so reasonably priced, and so fair. Thank you so much!

Brought my 2017 macbook air in today after Apple's "genius" bar told me last week I needed a new logic board. Someone recommended bringing it here to see if they could repair it. I came in thinking I'd pay $250 for a logic board repair but one of the guys working took it apart, cleaned some dirt out of the keyboard/trackpad and sent me on my way(with no charge!!!) Cant believe im writing this on my mac after I almost bought a whole new machine. Wish I had more cash on hand to leave these guys a bigger tip. Well worth the 1.5 hour drive!!! (also appreciate them taking precautions against covid-everyone was wearing masks)

My 2017 MacBook Pro had its screen stop working all of sudden and its battery randomly shutting down at 50%. My AppleCare expired and I knew Apple would charge me an arm and a leg to get both of those fixed. I saw through a forum about this place so I brought the device to his place. They were upfront and specific about what's going on so I appreciated that. I also appreciated that when examining the device that I didn't get charged for that. With the pricing, I saved some money and it costed less than for me to get it fixed at an Apple store or to buy another computer. Plus, the repair time was also pretty quick, about 3 business days! I would like to thank this business for both fixing my computer and saving me money.

Excellent experience through and through from entering the shop and getting an immediate look at the problem at hand to regular updates and clear explanation of costs and time required to fix the issue. Incomparably better than Apple in terms of timeliness, cost, and communication. Plus, you get to support a local third-party repair shop!

Had a Macbook 12 inch that was freezing and crashing randomly. Impressed with their reviews, I Filled in their email form and got a reply the next day that was courteous ("We are sorry to hear what happened to your Macbook..."), detailed, and to the point. Although I could not give them any profitable business THIS time, I am trying to return their generosity here with a five star review. World-class Mac repair service. If you want it done right and fast, this is the shop. Rossmann Repair had my damaged Macbook Pro screen replaced and ready for pick up less than six hours after drop off. Prior to that, I had spilled a cup of tea on another laptop- they successfully retrieved all data. Their quiet, friendly efficiency is very much appreciated pandemic or not. Great guys and gals.

Fast and professional service! I own a computer repair shop in Denver, so far they've done 4 logic-board repairs for me. It's been very painless compared to a lot of the companies I've dealt with in the past. I'll be sending The Rossmann Group all my board repairs from now on!!

Mit kaputten Macbook (liquid damage) nach New York gereist, schlecht gelaunt da es vmt. auf einen Logic Board-Wechsel bei Apple hinausgelaufen wäre mit Kosten von über 1000Euro. Zufällig über diesen Laden gestolpert, sah von aussen ein bisschen schäbig aus - innen wurde einem aber schnell klar, dass da Profis am Werk sind. Allgemeinen Kostenvoranschlag für einen Wasserschaden von ca. 450 Dollar bekommen, welcher deutlich unter dem Preis von Apple gelegen hätte. Nach 5 Tagen Macbook zurück bekommen, sehr glücklich da ich nur 100 Dollar zahlen musste, aufgrund des doch sehr geringen Schadens. Kann diesen Laden jedem sehr empfehlen, auch wenn man nur kurz in New York ist...
