This thumb drive had important documents that could not be reproduced, so I sent it in and they quoted me three times under what My big city wanted. Not to negate the time and work that goes into working on something so small. They are absolute professionals and I will be sending more damaged items in the future. At first they opened it up and said that the logic board needed to be replaced but were willing to see if the current one could be salvaged first. I left and came back and in an hour my Macbook was good as new!!!! Apple told me it would be better to just buy a whole new Macbook, so glad I came here first! Apple should thanks them. Apple should move them to a better location, bigger place and properly give them the tools and resources so that they can be at 110% Cant stand Apple products but it is great to have people that can put sweat and tears to give you top level services even when they are being held down by corporations like Apple. You can rest asure they will try everything to have your Apple product see the light of day again. 100% recommend this place. I like his YouTube channel, sent my iPad in for screen repair, and am very happy with his repair service. My only complaint is the USPS delivery who has started leaving boxes at the curb by my driveway. As an Amazon seller I have shifted to UPS, a little more expensive but better delivery drivers. The Stamps.com rate is better than I could get going direct with UPS, but price vs USPS is lower when shipping East Coast, to East Coast, it is a little more on West Coast. Rossmann is 5 star.

Awesome service, I assumed my MacBook pro 2021 could have the storage removed in case something happens, something happened, my MacBook didn't start one day and Apple told me they have to replace most of the internals and all my data was lost for more than $1000, Rossman saved the MacBook and the storage for less than half, why are MacBooks build like this? Why can't the storage be removed like they used to, and you can still do that on windows laptops

These guys were super helpful. They did a data transfer for me from a dead 2011 Mac Air to a 2TB external hard drive. They literally made a clone of my hard drive for only $100. Now when I plug in the external to my new laptop, it's like a beautiful little USB of my entire old computer! So great. Apple Genius Bar WILL NOT do this data transfer for you. They only work on your computer if you can turn it on. Totally useless if your logic board is dead. The Rossman Group are real tech geniuses. They take off the back and do the manual work of examining the physical parts. Definitely go here instead of a brand name store.
