They are the best, they fixed my computer, which I thought it was a lost case! I spilled coffee on my MacBook Pro, it was a lot of coffee! I took it to an apple approved repair shop and they told me that it was going to cost me more than a new computer, and that I should consider it a total loss. At this point I had no warranty, I did not buy a protection plan, and the computer was only 1 year old. At least I needed to recover my data, and this apple approved place told me it was going to be $2,100. I decided to ship my laptop to the Rossmann Repair Group, and they did an amazing job communicating with me about any updates. They estimated to repair it for $700, and then told me it was only going to cost me $425. I was very happy. They shipped it back for free, and now I have my computer working "almost perfectly" (some keys are a little sticky, and the mouse pad a little sensible), but I have all my data, which I immediately saved into an external hard drive. I highly recommend them.

I had a MacBook Air that died. Thankfully, I had watched a number of Louis Rossmann videos on YouTube and thought that his group would be the people for the job. I shipped my laptop off to Austin, within a few hours of receiving it, I was assigned a number and kept up to date on the progress. The laptop was repaired in about three business days, packed, and returned to me as good as new! Had I sent it to an "authorized" Apple repair center, they would have been required to replace the logic board, resulting in a complete loss of data! Thankfully, they know how to actually repair computers! I didn't have to lose any data ... it was all intact! That's a great win! The repair cost $425, which was actually less than the $464 at an authorized repair shop, to replace the entire logic board. For sure, if I have other issues, right back to Austin it will go! My only knock, and it's a small one is that the communication is not great when replying to the service ticket to ask questions. I'm still giving five stars though because 4.75 won't work!

I was referred to Rossmann Repair Group by a friend whose dad swears by the shop. After my Macbook Pro crashed and Mikey's Hookup in Brooklyn quoted me $511 to fix it and recover my data (plus a $90 diagnostic fee), I was desperate for a second opinion. Enter: Rossman Repair Group, who was able to get the job done for $250. What's more, the guys accidentally fixed my computer without first sending me a quote - when they realized this mistake, they graciously offered that I not pay full price for the repair. One of the best customer service experiences I've had in a really long time, ESPECIALLY when it comes to Apple products... I highly recommend them!Thanks Rossmann Repair! Hard drive came back perfectly. I think it took a bit long for Rossman group to get the motherboard, but that may be partially my fault due to buying a board and then realizing it was incompatible. Everything was excellent, only complaint was that I had to scratch off a sticker, but it's literally nothing to worry about. Still kinda wondering if the store is an advertisement for the youtube channel or if the youtube channel is an advertisement for the store. Either way 5/5

Great experience. These guys know what they are doing and are so honest, it is almost scary. I sent them a hard drive for data recovery and was informed that a recovery might be possible, but was highly unlikely. I watched one of their videos on YouTube and it made perfect sense why. Everyone else wanted to charge me $1300, whether or not they could recover the data. Louis, thank you for what you do, what you represent, and who you are.

Trust the reviews. This place has great customer service, honest pricing and amazing turnaround time. Water spilled on my laptop unbeknownst to me and sat for days. It wouldn't turn on nor charge. I opened it up to find water w/ rust and corrosion and immediately made a Genius Bar appointment then scoured the internet for other solutions since I hadn't backed up my stuff, ever, and didn't want to lose anything. Found the YouTube page much like many others and got an email quote. The next day I took the hour and a half drive because the reviews seemed consistent and I didn't want to hear the bad news I knew I'd get from Apple. Got a brief diagnosis when I got there and later on that night they called and told me it would be an easy fix. Went over pricing with me every step of the way. I had to get a new keyboard, battery and something else I'm not remembering. Total repair cost w/ tax: $598.Dropped off Friday 12/04 for repairs. Picked up Monday 12/07 fixed.Highly recommend for water damage issues.

Owner is knowledgeable and instills good work ethics in his employees. The repair service is kneecapped by manufacturers that don't share their components or even stop 3rd parties from selling replacement parts. But if a board component is unavailable the staff make do with recycled circuit boards (good for the ewaste problem). Unlike at big corporate stores Rossman doesn't have punishing policies like demanding to erase the customer's data even if it's not necessary, or replacing whole circuitboards when just one component needs replacing.

I took my iPhone 6 Plus with a motherboard completely damaged took it to other technicians that were specialist in motherboards and no one could’ve get my data recovered or fix my phone to power back on these people of (Rossmann Repair Group) got the phone fully repaired and in perfect working order and also backed up all my data in to a new hard drive . I totally recommend this company they are very responsive responsible and very professional .. thank you Rossmann Repair Group 😊

here is what you need to know before coming this location: getting here is 80% of the battle without running over students on bike foot or scooters coming out of nowhere popping up like daisies ready to throw themselves at your vehicle with nothing to lose From there thankfully this location has a dedicated parking spot that hopefully is not already occupied but if it is well you're doomed because you're going to have to then find parking somewhere nearby and once again not hit any of the students who are out on foot 24/7 365 many of which are not paying any attention and many of which do not care many of which are selfish and many of which would throw themselves at your vehicle at a moment's notice with nothing to lose once again once you get past all of this and regain your compassion for humanity once you get inside this building you find out that they have dual locations going on you want to enter the entrance on the left for the repair shop to entrance on the right is where you get to actually repair your own machine utilized your tools and learn how to use them And while you were at it then forgive all the students on foot who made you lose confidence in humanity and wish upon death and destruction to all mankind and instead regain love for your fellow neighbor these guys may not walk on water and glow in the dark but they are an example of customer service that goes above and beyond what you unfortunately mostly find in IT and they said the bar really high so the owner Lewis rosman is sort of a celebrity in his own right with thousands of YouTube videos and millions of views and has built a business spanning over a decade and an empire around his brand and just shop lives up to that brand and he has hired nothing but the best of the best in every way imaginable these guys lead with empathy and get the job done and are able to repair water damaged marks that nobody else I have found has had success in repairing in any way shape form or fashion I have been keeping an eye on this location for years but because of its location had tried to stay away from it like the plague because again I didn't want to risk running over UT students destroying themselves at my vehicle just to get there thankfully I got there for client of mine who's spilled water on her Mac and then add insult injury injured her back so immediately went to her got her computer took it to this location got it checked in with them they created a ticket it was very thorough while inspiring hope and me that it could actually be fixed because I'm working on computers myself for over a decade I have had no success whatsoever with water damaged Macs because usually by the time people get them to me the damage is already been done not so with these guys they were able to within a week resurrect this machine from the dead for my client preserve her data and again let me know that this is one of the newer generation silicone m chip Macs With no upgradable hardware and her data is all stored basically on the logic boards or the things fried there goes all her data and there's nothing to recover from they were able to successfully repair it at a fraction of the cost of getting another computer but even more importantly preserve the data of my client and I was then able to get it back to her which again meant the world to her recovering from pulling her back these guys went above and beyond to instill confidence and by the way their place is extremely organized spotless and efficient which again is impressive because I'm not going to say other peers and IT industry are slobs but I'm definitely going to say these guys at the bar high for organization and cleanliness and that reinstills encouragement and confidence in my own computer repair business where I'm more specialized on password therapy sessions minus the trauma of people's childhood to get them back into their computer and beat her password Superman to straighten out their password chaos. These guys for all Mac hardware! :)

I have a 8+ year old MacBook Air, it completely shut off on me and I was devastated since I have a ton of important business files that weren't backed up. I contacted Apple Tech through chat and we troubleshooted with negative results. The Tech set up an appointment with their Apple Store Genius Bar. I went over to the appointment and the individual at the Genius Bar couldn't help me and basically did everything the previous tech over chat had me do. The Genius Bar tech told me there was nothing that could really be done since its considered a "vintage" device. I could try to have it repaired by them but there is a flat rate and there will be a high chance that the data will be lost. I couldn't take that chance and loose the data. One of my friends gave me Rossmann's information. I contacted them and Kevin told me to bring it over. I was there less than 15 minutes, the tech did some minor work and got my MacBook Air to turn on! Also told me there was no charge! I couldn't believe it after coming out of the Apple Store loosing my mind due to the potential data loss! These Guys at Rossmann are truly honest individuals! These guys are magic workers. Apple quoted me $700 and said my data wasn’t recoverable and these guys were able to recover all my data and fix my computer for $300!!!

I highly recommend Rossman Repair group. I was told by Apple that my MBP logic board needed to be completely replaced and there was no option for repair and that I would lose all of my data. I was told the same thing by a few local repair shops here in Tampa. After a bit of searching, I came across Rossman. I reached out to them and they said they thought they had a good chance of being able to repair my MBP without losing my data. The mail in process was very easy and efficient. Fortunately, they were able to fix the logic board for basically the same cost as Apple was charging to replace it. The process was easy, the techs were efficient and communicated well. Don’t fall for Apple’s games if you have issues that they claim can’t be repaired. Look into this wonderful company first.

I just got my Macbook Pro back from RRG. I have to say I was overjoyed and honestly getting my Macbook Pro back was the one time I felt pure joy in a while. I caught Louis on the phone a couple of the times that I called and he is super nice, incredibly nice to customers. I called in to tell him I wanted rush service and he noted that I approved $45 rush service. I called the beginning of the next week to see what the status was because it had been delivered on Thursday. Louis said they were in the middle of replacing the battery now, and then within the hour I got an email saying it was done. They did not charge me the rush service charge, which I didn't realize until after I paid and it shipped, but the was a duplicated repair charge on the invoice that I called and noted to them, which they promptly fixed. This leads me to believe that they waived the rush charge. These guys are awesome and made a daunting experience of being without my Macbook Pro for a week super easy. In contrast-- Geek Squad (Best Buy) said they needed to send it off to Apple for a month, and Microcenter, while I'm very impressed that they were able to do it in store, wanted $500 for the repair, which $300 of that was Apple's charge for the battery, that they're forced to use because they are an AASP. My understanding is they replace the whole backing and not just the battery. But here's the thing-- regardless of both places and even though all my data is backed up on the cloud, I simply did not trust to leave my Macbook Pro with either Microcenter (because they are an AASP only, because they're an awesome store with very capable people) or *shudder* Best Buy. Thank you so much Louis for being awesome, and all the rest of the guys. I don't know who the other guys were I spoke with but everyone was incredibly kind.
