I would give them infinite stars if I could!!!!! Rossmann Repair Group is HONEST, reliable, efficient, and very caring. My Macbook Pro (2017) had an extremely sticky and annoying spacebar and was supposed to be eligible for Apple's free keyboard replacement service, so I took it into an Apple authorized repair shop. That shop took five days to open it after I dropped it off and then called me to say that since the internal liquid sensors went off, Apple would be charging me $1200 flat fee to make "any necessary repairs." So I took it to Rossmann and explained the situation. They first opened up the laptop and assessed the liquid damage. Rossmann assured me that there was no liquid inside the computer and everything would remain fine, they just had to replace my entire keyboard unfortunately. I planned to take the laptop home and think about it, but I turned around and brought it back to Rossmann because I figured the problem wouldn't get any better if I left it alone. They asked me to wait a few minutes in the store while they looked at it, and less than 10 minutes later came back and had fixed the stickiness by tweaking with the spacebar. Rossmann did all this for me FREE OF CHARGE. I will never go to any other computer or phone repair company.

Twice was saved by Rossmann Repair. First it was liquid damaged MacBook Air, now Iphone SE 2020 who conveniently, after 1 year manufacturer warranty ran out, threw vertical stripes over the screen. Very reasonable repair pricing. Both times used mail in option, since parking nearby is “mission impossible”.

Having a complete newbee to apple damage, I ended up at Apple Care where I got an estimate of 1200 bucks. It was sufficient to make me faint.I lost complete hopes and felt like stranded. I searched a lot on google and found multiple sites where they claimed that they will repair it in days time. But somehow reading all stars for Rossmann, I decided to go there. All the vacations and the workload they had, it took a while to get the laptop back as it was on day 1 but they nailed Apple Care in all ways.Service : Just as heard, got it repaired in exact timeframe as it was committed (couple of days in advance actually). Amazing service and clear communication on everything. I was told to call after 3 weeks (vacations and work load as mentioned) so I decided not to call in between and they themselves called me before that time.Quality : Seems just like day 1 when I first saw my laptop.Price : I had to pay only 40% of what I was told at Apple Care.. Nailed it completely.Advise : Don't be idiot like me to spill on the liquid on your laptop. If you somehow achieve to be an idiot, land up here.Recommended for sure :)

I cannot say enough good things about Rossman Repair Group. Amazing value for the money, outstanding customer service, quick turnaround. If you have a broken Macbook, this is the place to go. A friend spilled water on their Macbook and it wouldn't power on. A local shop quoted them $3500 (!!!) just to attempt to recover the data. So my friend reached out to me and asked if there was anything I could do. I did some homework and found out that this particular Macbook (as with many Macs) had its SSD soldered to the board. So data recovery would indeed be a challenge. But $3500? Ridiculous. After I determined that I could not perform the repair or recovery myself, I came across Rossman Repair Group. While they are in Texas, their mail-in service is clearly a big part of their business, and the estimate for data recovery was literally 90% less than what the local shop wanted - $350 plus shipping. Their online service for setting up the repair and mailing it in was top notch - they have clearly been doing this for a long time. Communication was outstanding, with a tech reaching out every step of the way and clearly describing what was possible, how much it would cost, and how long it would take. Even their terms of service are written in Plain English and not Inscrutable Legalese! $370 later, I got my friend's data back, in a little over a week from the time I mailed the computer out. That price included the data extraction, the portable drive to hold the recovered data, and return shipping.

Two years ago I spilled nail polisher remover all over my 2015 Macbook Pro keyboard because I am an idiot. I thought it was a goner so I didn't bother to take it to the Genius Bar as I figured the cost of repair would be just as high as a new machine. It just sat in a drawer for about a year until my friend in IT highly recommended the Rossman Repair Group. I shipped my laptop to NY from SF expecting to get a high price quote back from them but that was not the case! I gave the green light on the repair and got my laptop back in about a week. The tech who worked on my laptop was responsive and did a great job. It's been about 6 months since the repair and it works great. HIGHLIGHT & CONCLUSION ******Overall I'm having a good experience with this store because they have great customer services, best third party replacement parts, justify price for those replacement parts, short estimate waiting time to fix the device, 1 year warranty, and good prediction of pricing and the device life conditions whether it can fix it or not.******* **Please read the whole ranting comments!!!!!!** This Repair Shops is the best, same as Louis Rossmann YouTube channel. *I know that Rosemann Repair Group doesn't offer "Original Apple parts" for those replacement but they offers the best quality NEW parts for those replacement, honestly I don't care either is original or not as long I'm able to use my iPhone 6s Plus*. All parts that the Rossmann Repair Group offers is mostly NEW from the third party. They also have great customer service and they actually told you the estimate cost of the product repairs unlike other repairs shops who don't tell you untill they perform a diagnostic and they also charge you a extreme expensive fees such as just opening the phone without any repairs fees and they mostly offer the cheap quality parts for those replacement. Today August 12, 2019 I bring my iPhone 6s Plus that won't turn ON, I'm mostly know what is the problem so I tell them my issue and what I'm thinking is the cause because basically my iPhone didn't water damage, my iPhone just randomly stop turning ON after I play a game on the phone and the low battery sign show up than I plugged into a charger to charge up but after 2 hour I still don't see my screen ON so I had done some research online and what I'm come out is basically 3 major reason might causing my device of not turning ON. 1 might be the battery too old and can't handle any high voltage anymore. 2 might be the screen LCD. And the third I'm very afraid that this is my issue and that is the logic board, a logic board replacement it almost cost like a brand new phone. *Even though Rossmann Repair Group replacement parts isn't original, at the same time it doesn't even matter because my device is already old enough* COMPARED WITH APPLE, APPLE PROBABLY HAVE ORIGINAL PARTS FOR THOSE REPLACEMENT BUT IS NOT GUARANTEE THAT WHETHER THOSE PARTS ARE "NEW" OR EVEN DOESN'T GUARANTEE THAT THEY GOTTA FIX IT FOR YOU. That is even better than a great customer service, is very very great customer service. That what I call the extreme customer service who take their jobs into the next level. "FUNNY STAFF" I know Louis is a YouTuber and need to edit sound, video, lighting, camera angle, etc but Louis take his video/audio editing into the next level by playing his staff recorded voice in the loud speaker. They have good communication skills with customer, the front Landy and the young men have very fun expression with customer.

Nice Honest business. Apple told me it would be $1,600 to fix my laptop due to spilled water without touching it. Brought it here and was quoted $450. Luckily it was a smaller repair and walked or passing under$200. Was a little dustier than when I left it, and they took care of it before I left.

Let me first note that I have been in the computer repair business since 2002. Of course, computer repair encompasses a very wide spectrum these days, and my expertise is more in Windows/Mac software, networking and general upgrades. When it comes to board/circuit repair - that's not me. I let the pro's handle it. When it comes to Apple, if it's under warranty (or the Genius Bar folks are feeling kind) I will let them do the repairs, as I'm local in Orange County, CA. Now then, liquid damage to Mac's or out-of-warranty repair I trust only one firm - Rossmann Repair Group. I'm sure there is someone here local but after watching Louis's Youtube videos and experiencing their work first hand, I can confidently recommend them. It's a $25 trip across the country USPS Priority so no big deal. I also want to take this opportunity to thank Steve in particular who stays in communication and follows up promptly when necessary. I came back here for the second time earlier this year when I spilled water on my brand new 2019 macbook pro 15". Right when the water spilled, I turned it off, left it open, flipped it upside down and left it there for 3 days with a fan on it. Then I took it in to have it looked at. They told me that since it's so new, they didn't have any parts for it and wouldn't for a while, but they could still take a look at it and clean it thoroughly for free. The man working on it showed me where the water had gotten and told me what he was seeing the entire time. The only thing that ended up being damaged was the screen; the whole left side was filled with water. He said it would probably stay that way, but it wouldn't hurt anything. About a month and a half later, it dried up 99% and there's only one tiny piece left of it! So it's completely damage free. Again, this is the only place I'll ever go because I know everyone here is reliable and honest and kind. :)

I love this place SO much. I unfortunately spilled about 16oz of water across my keyboard (with protector) on my MacBook Pro 2015, and did everything I could immediately to try and save it- wiped it down, turned it off, turned it upside down and brought it to be cleaned soon as the computer repair store across the street from me was open the next day. The technician there said it was really promising and would call me in about an hour. He held onto my computer for nearly a week and said it was not worth the repair. That he could try to replace the logic board- but that would be $600+ and may need more parts. I called an Apple approved repair shop in a neighboring town and they said they couldn't repair it because the logic board for this model wasn't even available to them and to just buy a refurbished or used one online for $600-$800. I did some research and found Rossmann Repair Group and decided to give them a try after talking with someone over the phone to get an estimate and confirmation that they would accept mail-ins and also not charge if they couldn't fix it which seemed totally worth it compared to the other options I found. I followed the form online, sent it in, and received a timely quote for $250 ($75 less than estimated over the phone!) They did the repairs I authorized and I now have my repaired computer back after 1 week! I could not recommend enough. You can even pay extra for an even speedier repair and shipping if needed. Thank you so much!

These guys saved my life. Nowhere else in NYC would even attempt to repair my water-damaged laptop while trying to preserve the invaluable data on it. They fixed it! I was told by everyone, including the mac store, that I had to buy a new computer after I spilled coffee on my Mac book pro, and it stopped turning on. I sent it to Rossman group, and they fixed it miraculously! I am so grateful!!!
