Rossmann Repair had my damaged Macbook Pro screen replaced and ready for pick up less than six hours after drop off. I spilled a spoonful of milk and cereal on my Macbook Air and two weeks later, the wifi stops working. I walked in for a diagnosis and it turned out that replacing the wifi card twice didn't work. One of his employees told me that something was wrong with the logic board and it'd be $325. I accepted this, knowing Apple would have charged me twice the price most likely.Two days later, I get a call in the morning that my machine is ready for pickup. I get there and ask the guy how much it'd be and he told me they won't actually charge me, and instead asked for a good tip. I left $40 in the tip jar. So there you go folks. 40 bucks for what would have cost hundreds at Apple. Skip the Apple Store and take your machine to Rossmann.

Shipped a computer 2015 MacBook pro to them for water damage logic board repair. Very good pricing compared to what Apple wanted to charge for repair.

I initially took my water-damaged MacBook Air to the Genius Bar in VA. The technician took my laptop apart and informed me that the water spill on my laptop had already caused corrosion on my logic board (which is why my laptop was still able to power on however to an almost black screen). He then asked if I have ever heard of Rossmann Group in NY--I have never heard of Rossmann Group nor seen Louis' YouTube videos. After some research, I was confident in sending my laptop to NY for an estimate. The group was able to give me an estimate and service my laptop (which included a logic board repair, LCD cable and battery replacement) all for HALF the price of Apple's flat fix rate. The entire process from sending it in to receiving my newly repaired laptop took exactly two weeks! During the span of those two weeks, I spoke to three different technicians on call who were happy to answer any of my questions. All were aware of my device and what's going on due to how organized they were. My laptop works like new and I am so happy with the service they provided. Highly recommend this place and thankful to the Apple technician who led me here.

My laptop was ruined from water leakage in my bag and I was so worried that all of my data would be gone. I went to Apple and they said to buy a completely new laptop, which is costly. RRG repaired my laptop in A DAY with a reasonable price and I was so relieved. Weeks later, by laptop is working perfectly. I highly recommend this company for electronic repairs!

I've been following the YouTube tutorials since my family and I were in India on business. My son spilled Geteraid on my keyboard and my computer wouldn't come on after I opened it and cleaned it, laying it upside down for a week. To make the story short I took my computer to the shop while I'm in New York on business and did charged me $45.00 for a rush assessment. With in 1:45 minutes it was fixed 100% like new. MacBook Air 2013. My challenge was trusting my computer that has traveled through Europe, Southeast Asia and Latin America. Thank you Rossmann for such fast and excellent work. I will trust any of my Apple Products on to you and your staff.

HIGHLIGHT & CONCLUSION******Overall I'm having a good experience with this store because they have great customer services, best third party replacement parts, justify price for those replacement parts, short estimate waiting time to fix the device, 1 year warranty, and good prediction of pricing and the device life conditions whether it can fix it or not.******* **Please read the whole ranting comments!!!!!!**This Repair Shops is the best, same as Louis Rossmann YouTube channel. *I know that Rosemann Repair Group doesn't offer "Original Apple parts" for those replacement but they offers the best quality NEW parts for those replacement, honestly I don't care either is original or not as long I'm able to use my iPhone 6s Plus*. All parts that the Rossmann Repair Group offers is mostly NEW from the third party. They also have great customer service and they actually told you the estimate cost of the product repairs unlike other repairs shops who don't tell you untill they perform a diagnostic and they also charge you a extreme expensive fees such as just opening the phone without any repairs fees and they mostly offer the cheap quality parts for those replacement. Today August 12, 2019 I bring my iPhone 6s Plus that won't turn ON, I'm mostly know what is the problem so I tell them my issue and what I'm thinking is the cause because basically my iPhone didn't water damage, my iPhone just randomly stop turning ON after I play a game on the phone and the low battery sign show up than I plugged into a charger to charge up but after 2 hour I still don't see my screen ON so I had done some research online and what I'm come out is basically 3 major reason might causing my device of not turning ON. 1 might be the battery too old and can't handle any high voltage anymore. 2 might be the screen LCD. And the third I'm very afraid that this is my issue and that is the logic board, a logic board replacement it almost cost like a brand new phone.*Even though Rossmann Repair Group replacement parts isn't original, at the same time it doesn't even matter because my device is already old enough*COMPARED WITH APPLE, APPLE PROBABLY HAVE ORIGINAL PARTS FOR THOSE REPLACEMENT BUT IS NOT GUARANTEE THAT WHETHER THOSE PARTS ARE "NEW" OR EVEN DOESN'T GUARANTEE THAT THEY GOTTA FIX IT FOR YOU. THEY MY REPLACE THE ENTIRE DEVICE FOR A HIGHER PRICE OE FORCING YOU TO BUY A NEW GENERATION IPHONE. APPLE ALSO MIGHT CHARGE YOU FOR JUST GETTING LOOK INSIDE OF YOU DEVICE. But however, Louis Rossmann if you reading my review please offers a iPad, iPhone or even a iPod touch for NEW customers to sign in and fill out the form because even though you offer a check it device/tablet, the device it doesn't even work properly but however Rossmann Repair Group take theirs jobs into the next level, the staff who work in the front door repair shop take out his personal iPhone for me to register/sign in/fill out the form. That is even better than a great customer service, is very very great customer service. That what I call the extreme customer service who take their jobs into the next level. "FUNNY STAFF"I know Louis is a YouTuber and need to edit sound, video, lighting, camera angle, etc but Louis take his video/audio editing into the next level by playing his staff recorded voice in the loud speaker. They have good communication skills with customer, the front Landy and the young men have very fun expression with customer.

Let me first note that I have been in the computer repair business since 2002. Of course, computer repair encompasses a very wide spectrum these days, and my expertise is more in Windows/Mac software, networking and general upgrades. When it comes to board/circuit repair - that's not me. I let the pro's handle it. When it comes to Apple, if it's under warranty (or the Genius Bar folks are feeling kind) I will let them do the repairs, as I'm local in Orange County, CA. Now then, liquid damage to Mac's or out-of-warranty repair I trust only one firm - Rossmann Repair Group. I'm sure there is someone here local but after watching Louis's Youtube videos and experiencing their work first hand, I can confidently recommend them. It's a $25 trip across the country USPS Priority so no big deal. I also want to take this opportunity to thank Steve in particular who stays in communication and follows up promptly when necessary. I came here based on the Yelp reviews and I was not disappointed. My 15 inch MacBook Pro laptop had been flooded with water. I realized Rossmann Repair Group is where people go after the Genius Bar. It was located a long walk away but it was worth the journey.Staff examined my laptop and asked me to come back in 30 minutes. They tried various methods to try to reduce the water stain (i.e. using a microscope to determine why there appears to be a remaining water patch, using directed heat energy in an attempt to see if that will improve the situation). Their attempts did not result in any improvement and they let me know it was not worth repairing. I was expecting a $50 to $100 'assessment fee' given they had disassembled the whole screen, were busy with the microscope/heating/etc, and then had to spend time putting it all back together. They did not charge me anything. I left a longtime supporter, knowing that if I ever have an Apple hardware issue: this is the first place I will visit.

They are the best, they fixed my computer, which I thought it was a lost case! I spilled coffee on my MacBook Pro, it was a lot of coffee! I took it to an apple approved repair shop and they told me that it was going to cost me more than a new computer, and that I should consider it a total loss. At this point I had no warranty, I did not buy a protection plan, and the computer was only 1 year old. At least I needed to recover my data, and this apple approved place told me it was going to be $2,100. I decided to ship my laptop to the Rossmann Repair Group, and they did an amazing job communicating with me about any updates. They estimated to repair it for $700, and then told me it was only going to cost me $425. I was very happy. They shipped it back for free, and now I have my computer working "almost perfectly" (some keys are a little sticky, and the mouse pad a little sensible), but I have all my data, which I immediately saved into an external hard drive. I highly recommend them.

Hands down one of the best professional team have ever seen in their sector. Had a water damaged MacBook and took to apple and bestbuy and got some crazy quotes and timelines like 90 days plus 😃. Went to Ross and within 10 days got my MacBook back in perfect working condition. Great job guys 👍.

THANK YOU SO MUCH ROSSMANN GROUP!! Apple refused to repair ONLY the battery of my Macbook Pro 2013. They said that there was apparent liquid damage to the logic board, resulting in a total of $800 CAD of a repair. I said hell no, did some research, and sent in my laptop to Rossmann while on vacation in Boston. Sent in on Aug 21, received on Sep 3. Perfect working condition and all my problems are solved. The laptop also included a whole checklist of tests that they ran, something Apple would never do for me. I highly recommend repairing through Rossmann!
