I'm writing with yet another update. My repair from years ago -- a very, very nasty tea spill -- still stands. I have also moved on to a more durable, and productive, Lenovo ThinkPad.

Apple wanted 1650 to repair liquid related damage to my 2019 MacBook Pro. I paid 2200 and wasn't about to do that. Thankfully I found this company on YouTube and loved the owner's passion for right to repair. Their service is amazing. I sent them my laptop and had an estimate within days and the machine was returned to me within the week. A+++ - I can't speak to their service enough

I accidentally spilled soda on my 2014 MacBook Air, and it completely shut off. The good old “stick it in rice overnight” remedy didn’t work.. A friend recommended this place to me so I mailed my laptop to NY from the south. I only have positive words for this place — great communication, quality work done, very transparent about their process, costs, repairs, etc. Everything is VERY reasonable and done in a timely manner. The team does a very thorough checkup to make sure everything’s working before they securely package it up and send it back to you. They also ship it back to you for free!! They’re obviously very specialized and only fix the necessary parts whereas Apple just replaces everything and practically charges you the rate of a brand new MacBook. Highly recommend this place!! If I break another one of my Apple products again, I’ll definitely send it back here.

I came back here for the second time earlier this year when I spilled water on my brand new 2019 macbook pro 15". Right when the water spilled, I turned it off, left it open, flipped it upside down and left it there for 3 days with a fan on it. Then I took it in to have it looked at. They told me that since it's so new, they didn't have any parts for it and wouldn't for a while, but they could still take a look at it and clean it thoroughly for free. The man working on it showed me where the water had gotten and told me what he was seeing the entire time. The only thing that ended up being damaged was the screen; the whole left side was filled with water. He said it would probably stay that way, but it wouldn't hurt anything. About a month and a half later, it dried up 99% and there's only one tiny piece left of it! So it's completely damage free. Again, this is the only place I'll ever go because I know everyone here is reliable and honest and kind. :)

Had my 2021 14" M1 Macbook Pro repaired after it randomly died one night (no liquid damage, no charger light). Turns out it was a logic board issue. Mailed it in and had a diagnosis in less than a week. Repair was quick and put in the mail to ship back the next business day. Communicative, fast turnaround, and fair pricing. Cheaper and faster than if I sent it in to Apple (don't have applecare). Plus they make the return box near bulletproof. I could punt it and there wouldn't even be a scuff on the laptop. Fingers crossed no more issues will come up, but will use them again in the future if they do.

Spilled water on my MacBook Pro 2020. Devastated that Apple would charge >$1300. These guys said no problem and did it in <$500 with tax. Highly recommend. Life saver

Well Apple Care doesn't care that much unless instead of repair, they'd tell you to buy a mac product. I went in and they suggested it at first. I declined when they told me the price difference for a brand new macbook pro and the price to repair the one I currently possess. Now they said 755 for water damage, and honestly I was at my wit's end. Until I saw their vid, from one to another, I went to the store explained my situation in detail. Price, probable damage, and others, with a fair price. Well I'm writing from said mac, paid less, it was less severe than what Apple thought and I was satisfied completely by Rossman Group's service. I would recommend them to all of my family/friends. Thank You once again.

I went in to see if I could repair my friend's water damaged Macbook and if they couldn't fix it, I didn't have to pay anything thing. Unfortunately, it was unsalvageable, and they held true to their word. I didn't have to pay a penny for it.

Despite being unable to fix an expensive laptop that I was hoping to see come alive again, I am greatly impressed by the great customer service. The gentleman at the counter helped me quickly diagnose what the issues were, what parts were damages by the water, what had corrosion, etc.

If I ever somehow end up owning a MacBook myself, I will definitely be coming to these guys should it fail on me.

here is what you need to know before coming this location: getting here is 80% of the battle without running over students on bike foot or scooters coming out of nowhere popping up like daisies ready to throw themselves at your vehicle with nothing to lose From there thankfully this location has a dedicated parking spot that hopefully is not already occupied but if it is well you're doomed because you're going to have to then find parking somewhere nearby and once again not hit any of the students who are out on foot 24/7 365 many of which are not paying any attention and many of which do not care many of which are selfish and many of which would throw themselves at your vehicle at a moment's notice with nothing to lose once again once you get past all of this and regain your compassion for humanity once you get inside this building you find out that they have dual locations going on you want to enter the entrance on the left for the repair shop to entrance on the right is where you get to actually repair your own machine utilized your tools and learn how to use them And while you were at it then forgive all the students on foot who made you lose confidence in humanity and wish upon death and destruction to all mankind and instead regain love for your fellow neighbor these guys may not walk on water and glow in the dark but they are an example of customer service that goes above and beyond what you unfortunately mostly find in IT and they said the bar really high so the owner Lewis rosman is sort of a celebrity in his own right with thousands of YouTube videos and millions of views and has built a business spanning over a decade and an empire around his brand and just shop lives up to that brand and he has hired nothing but the best of the best in every way imaginable these guys lead with empathy and get the job done and are able to repair water damaged marks that nobody else I have found has had success in repairing in any way shape form or fashion I have been keeping an eye on this location for years but because of its location had tried to stay away from it like the plague because again I didn't want to risk running over UT students destroying themselves at my vehicle just to get there thankfully I got there for client of mine who's spilled water on her Mac and then add insult injury injured her back so immediately went to her got her computer took it to this location got it checked in with them they created a ticket it was very thorough while inspiring hope and me that it could actually be fixed because I'm working on computers myself for over a decade I have had no success whatsoever with water damaged Macs because usually by the time people get them to me the damage is already been done not so with these guys they were able to within a week resurrect this machine from the dead for my client preserve her data and again let me know that this is one of the newer generation silicone m chip Macs With no upgradable hardware and her data is all stored basically on the logic boards or the things fried there goes all her data and there's nothing to recover from they were able to successfully repair it at a fraction of the cost of getting another computer but even more importantly preserve the data of my client and I was then able to get it back to her which again meant the world to her recovering from pulling her back these guys went above and beyond to instill confidence and by the way their place is extremely organized spotless and efficient which again is impressive because I'm not going to say other peers and IT industry are slobs but I'm definitely going to say these guys at the bar high for organization and cleanliness and that reinstills encouragement and confidence in my own computer repair business where I'm more specialized on password therapy sessions minus the trauma of people's childhood to get them back into their computer and beat her password Superman to straighten out their password chaos. These guys for all Mac hardware! :)

Twice was saved by Rossmann Repair. First it was liquid damaged MacBook Air, now Iphone SE 2020 who conveniently, after 1 year manufacturer warranty ran out, threw vertical stripes over the screen. Very reasonable repair pricing. Both times used mail in option, since parking nearby is “mission impossible”.

Sent Rossmann Repair a 5 year old MacBook Air that had water spilled on it and would not boot up. The Apple Genius Bar had stated that with the damage from the liquid it was not worth repairing (too costly / no guarantee it would continue to work). Within a few days I received a notification from Rossmann that it had been fixed and I only owed $25 for return shipping. Turns out just a cable to the trackpad/keyboard needed to be replaced, which Rossmann did at no cost to me. So for $41 ($16 to ship there, plus $25 for return), I now have a working MacBook back in hand! Highly recommend Rossmann Repair for all of your Apple repair needs.

Amazing repair service. My Macbook Air 2015 had water damage from me being tired and knocking over Poland Springs Sparkling Lemon Water. It was a logic board fix for $250. My repair was finished in 2 days which I was surprised and grateful for as I thought it would take a much longer time to fix. Going in, I think customers need to expect that there is a chance that their product may not be fixed depending on how severe damage is. I think what really made me have a wow feeling was how organized the process was. Basically, you go in, they inspect your computer internal and then quote you a price only if they are able to fix it. Their website is very useful on getting updates from the technicians. The front desk person (Kevin?) was very effective at getting things done in an efficient yet polite way.

HIGHLIGHT & CONCLUSION ******Overall I'm having a good experience with this store because they have great customer services, best third party replacement parts, justify price for those replacement parts, short estimate waiting time to fix the device, 1 year warranty, and good prediction of pricing and the device life conditions whether it can fix it or not.******* **Please read the whole ranting comments!!!!!!** This Repair Shops is the best, same as Louis Rossmann YouTube channel. *I know that Rosemann Repair Group doesn't offer "Original Apple parts" for those replacement but they offers the best quality NEW parts for those replacement, honestly I don't care either is original or not as long I'm able to use my iPhone 6s Plus*. All parts that the Rossmann Repair Group offers is mostly NEW from the third party. They also have great customer service and they actually told you the estimate cost of the product repairs unlike other repairs shops who don't tell you untill they perform a diagnostic and they also charge you a extreme expensive fees such as just opening the phone without any repairs fees and they mostly offer the cheap quality parts for those replacement. Today August 12, 2019 I bring my iPhone 6s Plus that won't turn ON, I'm mostly know what is the problem so I tell them my issue and what I'm thinking is the cause because basically my iPhone didn't water damage, my iPhone just randomly stop turning ON after I play a game on the phone and the low battery sign show up than I plugged into a charger to charge up but after 2 hour I still don't see my screen ON so I had done some research online and what I'm come out is basically 3 major reason might causing my device of not turning ON. 1 might be the battery too old and can't handle any high voltage anymore. 2 might be the screen LCD. And the third I'm very afraid that this is my issue and that is the logic board, a logic board replacement it almost cost like a brand new phone. *Even though Rossmann Repair Group replacement parts isn't original, at the same time it doesn't even matter because my device is already old enough* COMPARED WITH APPLE, APPLE PROBABLY HAVE ORIGINAL PARTS FOR THOSE REPLACEMENT BUT IS NOT GUARANTEE THAT WHETHER THOSE PARTS ARE "NEW" OR EVEN DOESN'T GUARANTEE THAT THEY GOTTA FIX IT FOR YOU. THEY MY REPLACE THE ENTIRE DEVICE FOR A HIGHER PRICE OE FORCING YOU TO BUY A NEW GENERATION IPHONE. APPLE ALSO MIGHT CHARGE YOU FOR JUST GETTING LOOK INSIDE OF YOU DEVICE. FINALLY, APPLE MIGHT LET YOU WAIT FOR 3-5 WEEKS OR EVEN THE WHOLE MONTHS. That is even better than a great customer service, is very very great customer service. That what I call the extreme customer service who take their jobs into the next level. "FUNNY STAFF" I know Louis is a YouTuber and need to edit sound, video, lighting, camera angle, etc but Louis take his video/audio editing into the next level by playing his staff recorded voice in the loud speaker. They have good communication skills with customer, the front Landy and the young men have very fun expression with customer.
