I am so so thankful for this company, they fixed my 2015 Mac that I totally thought was dead from water damage (thank you toddler for dumping an entire cup of water on top of it). Speedy repairs and shipping times with prompt communication. Only place for improvement would be the stickers that they put on the devices, they leave a bit of residue when removed, thankfully we had goo gone so not a big deal and so minor that I can barely complain about it. World-class Mac repair service. If you want it done right and fast, this is the shop. Rossmann Repair had my damaged Macbook Pro screen replaced and ready for pick up less than six hours after drop off. Prior to that, I had spilled a cup of tea on another laptop- they successfully retrieved all data. Their quiet, friendly efficiency is very much appreciated pandemic or not. Great guys and gals.

Take your tech to Rossman!!! They are awesome and infinitely more helpful than going to the Apple store!! I took my water-damaged MacBook there and was met with patience and honesty. After making a quick check - in my plain sight, NOT secretly behind closed doors - to determine that my laptop could probably be repaired, they walked me through the process and the cost structure. I would pay the basic repair cost ONLY IF THEY SUCCEEDED in repairing it. Also they would keep me informed and would not proceed with anything requiring an additional cost without obtaining my approval first. I agreed to start the process and was pleasantly surprised that there was also NO UPFRONT COST! That's how fair and confident they are! I would give them infinite stars if I could!!!!! Rossmann Repair Group is HONEST, reliable, efficient, and very caring. My Macbook Pro (2017) had an extremely sticky and annoying spacebar and was supposed to be eligible for Apple's free keyboard replacement service, so I took it into an Apple authorized repair shop. That shop took five days to open it after I dropped it off and then called me to say that since the internal liquid sensors went off, Apple would be charging me $1200 flat fee to make "any necessary repairs." So I took it to Rossmann and explained the situation. They first opened up the laptop and assessed the liquid damage. Rossmann assured me that there was no liquid inside the computer and everything would remain fine, they just had to replace my entire keyboard unfortunately. I planned to take the laptop home and think about it, but I turned around and brought it back to Rossmann because I figured the problem wouldn't get any better if I left it alone. They asked me to wait a few minutes in the store while they looked at it, and less than 10 minutes later came back and had fixed the stickiness by tweaking with the spacebar. Rossmann did all this for me FREE OF CHARGE. I will never go to any other computer or phone repair company.

These are the ones to trust- forget apple! First of all, their email response to my inquiry was extensive and in depth. Someone really took the time to analyze my situation and give me their expert advice. I brought it in for a diagnostic and found the LCD needed to be replaced from water damage. They were extremely honest and actually advised me against fixing it (turning away business!)-that’s when you know they’re trying to help the customer. I also search elsewhere for pricing on an LCD replacement, and they are the cheapest I found. Even if they weren’t, I would still pay more to have them work on my devices. They also have 3 awesome cats for moral support. Everyone was extremely kinda and helpful. Top quality service. I will take my devices here and recommend them from now on! Thanks guys!

2 months into a big coffee spill repair and my 2014 MacBook is running strong. Again, very pleased with the quality of service I received on a liquid damage mail in repair. They ultra sonic cleaned my board and determined no further action was needed. Amazingly affordable repair vs the alternative.

Thank you Rossmann Repair Group for your honest and timely work on my 2014 15" Macbook Pro. I want to share my story here, after dropping off my Mackbook at a local Atlanta are Apple Store to repair a suspected swollen battery. I got a follow-up phone call stating that they would not replace my battery due to water damage unless the logic board was also replaced for a price exceeding $1400. When I went to the Apple Store to retrieve my Macbook, I was also able to get their photographic "evidence" of water damage. When got home I sent the photos to Rossman Repair Group, and they stated that the yellow substance on the circuit board that was common on boards from the factory and not evidence of water damage. I then sent my computer to their facility in New York, where the Rossman facility inspected my computer and replaced the swollen battery for $200, and now my computer back in action. When I was at the Apple store retrieving my notebook I felt like I was being played into writing-off my 5 year old notebook so that I would buy a new one. I hope that other people will read this review and consider independent repair options before taking what the geniuses at the Apple store may say as fact and then and throwing their money away.

They fixed it! I was told by everyone, including the mac store, that I had to buy a new computer after I spilled coffee on my Mac book pro, and it stopped turning on. I sent it to Rossman group, and they fixed it miraculously! I am so grateful!!!

After I accidentally spilled tea on my macbook and it stopped working I got an estimate repair cost of $1,500+ at apple, and guys at Rossmann Repair Group fixed it for only $150. Thank you so much!

Well Apple Care doesn't care that much unless instead of repair, they'd tell you to buy a mac product. I went in and they suggested it at first. I declined when they told me the price difference for a brand new macbook pro and the price to repair the one I currently possess. Now they said 755 for water damage, and honestly I was at my wit's end. Until I saw their vid, from one to another, I went to the store explained my situation in detail. Price, probable damage, and others, with a fair price. Well I'm writing from said mac, paid less, it was less severe than what Apple thought and I was satisfied completely by Rossman Group's service. I would recommend them to all of my family/friends. Thank You once again.

HIGHLIGHT & CONCLUSION******Overall I'm having a good experience with this store because they have great customer services, best third party replacement parts, justify price for those replacement parts, short estimate waiting time to fix the device, 1 year warranty, and good prediction of pricing and the device life conditions whether it can fix it or not.******* **Please read the whole ranting comments!!!!!!**This Repair Shops is the best, same as Louis Rossmann YouTube channel. *I know that Rosemann Repair Group doesn't offer "Original Apple parts" for those replacement but they offers the best quality NEW parts for those replacement, honestly I don't care either is original or not as long I'm able to use my iPhone 6s Plus*. All parts that the Rossmann Repair Group offers is mostly NEW from the third party. They also have great customer service and they actually told you the estimate cost of the product repairs unlike other repairs shops who don't tell you untill they perform a diagnostic and they also charge you a extreme expensive fees such as just opening the phone without any repairs fees and they mostly offer the cheap quality parts for those replacement. Today August 12, 2019 I bring my iPhone 6s Plus that won't turn ON, I'm mostly know what is the problem so I tell them my issue and what I'm thinking is the cause because basically my iPhone didn't water damage, my iPhone just randomly stop turning ON after I play a game on the phone and the low battery sign show up than I plugged into a charger to charge up but after 2 hour I still don't see my screen ON so I had done some research online and what I'm come out is basically 3 major reason might causing my device of not turning ON. 1 might be the battery too old and can't handle any high voltage anymore. 2 might be the screen LCD. And the third I'm very afraid that this is my issue and that is the logic board, a logic board replacement it almost cost like a brand new phone.*Even though Rossmann Repair Group replacement parts isn't original, at the same time it doesn't even matter because my device is already old enough*COMPARED WITH APPLE, APPLE PROBABLY HAVE ORIGINAL PARTS FOR THOSE REPLACEMENT BUT IS NOT GUARANTEE THAT WHETHER THOSE PARTS ARE "NEW" OR EVEN DOESN'T GUARANTEE THAT THEY GOTTA FIX IT FOR YOU. THEY MY REPLACE THE ENTIRE DEVICE FOR A HIGHER PRICE OE FORCING YOU TO BUY A NEW GENERATION IPHONE. APPLE ALSO MIGHT CHARGE YOU FOR JUST GETTING LOOK INSIDE OF YOU DEVICE. FINALLY, APPLE MIGHT LET YOU WAIT FOR 3-5 WEEKS OR EVEN THE WHOLE MONTHS. That is even better than a great customer service, is very very great customer service. That what I call the extreme customer service who take their jobs into the next level. "FUNNY STAFF"I know Louis is a YouTuber and need to edit sound, video, lighting, camera angle, etc but Louis take his video/audio editing into the next level by playing his staff recorded voice in the loud speaker. They have good communication skills with customer, the front Landy and the young men have very fun expression with customer.

Saved my waterdamaged MBP for about 15% of what Apple would have charged me. They're real menches over there.
