If you're in or near NYC, yes. Local drop-off skips shipping time. For others, overnight courier is the fastest option. We can often receive and begin same-day.

You pay nothing for recovery. We'll still do everything possible, but some damage is beyond help. We'll be honest with you immediately if the outlook is poor.
