Professional Data Recovery Video Tutorials & Lab Walkthroughs

Every recovery shown in these videos runs through the same workflow used on client drives in our Austin lab. These are not staged demonstrations.

How the work is done02/08

Hard drives with mechanical failures are opened inside a laminar-flow clean bench, where HEPA-filtered air keeps sub-micron particles off exposed platters during head swaps, platter transfers, and motor replacements.

Once the drive spins and reads, a PC-3000 from ACE Laboratory handles the firmware-level work: rewriting damaged service area modules, managing bad sector maps, and building stable imaging sessions that work around degraded heads.

For SSDs and flash storage, the PC-3000 Flash and PC-3000 SSD platforms read NAND chips directly, reconstructing data even when the controller firmware is corrupted or the drive refuses to initialize.

Each video documents an actual case, with real failures, real diagnostics, and the same tools and procedures applied to every drive that arrives for recovery.
